Читатели моего инстаграм @ole_up знают, что мы с Ваней соблюдаем пост в еде. Я думала,что очень сложно будет готовить разнообразную пищу все эти 40 дней, и фантазия моя иссякнет. Но, пока, Ваня не жалуется, а наша страсть к шампиньонам спасает наши ежедневные обеды) Самое интересное начинается, когда дело доходит до десерта. Меня зовут Олеся и я сладкоежка! Я десертозависимый человек))) И этот пост про мою страсть.
Наверное, вы думаете, что очень сложно что-то испечь вкусное в пост, но я вам покажу пару рецептов очень вкусных десертов: манный пудинг и два штруделя.
Манный пудинг
500мл кокосового молока
500мл воды
150г манной крупы
1ст.л. крахмала
4ст.л. меда
300гр. консервированных ананасовых долек (маленьких)
Соус:
1 маленькая банка консервированных персиков
1 апельсин
ваниль
Кокосовое молоко соединить с водой, перелить в кастрюлю и довести до кипения. Аккуратно всыпать манную крупу и подмешать мед. Варить, помешивая, на слабом огне 20 мин. Крахмал растворить в небольшом количестве воды, добавить к манке и довести до кипения. в массу высыпать ананасы, перемешать. В формочки для кексов выложить приготовленный пудинг и поставить в холодильник на 2 часа.
Для соуса в блендером из персиковых долек сделать пюре, натереть цедру апельсина и выдавить сок и вмешать все ингредиенты вместе, добавить ваниль.
Яблочный и вишневый штрудель
мука - 2 стакана
растительное масло - 1/3 стакана
вода (теплая) - 3 ст. л.
соль - щепотка
можно использовать и готовое тесто, сейчас продается слоеное бездрозжевое тесто с растительным маргарином
для яблочной начинки:
яблоки - 500г
грецкие орехи (толченые) - 1/2 стакана
корица - по вкусу
сахар по вкусу
ванилин
для вишневой начинки:
вишня - 500г
сахар по вкусу
ваниль
Для соуса:
Сок от вишни
крахмал - 1/2 чайной ложки
сахар - по вкусу
Замесите тесто из двух стаканов муки, трети стакана растительного масла, нескольких столовых ложек теплой воды, соли, щепотки соли. Месите тесто до тех пор, пока оно не станет эластичным и гладким.
Поставьте комок теста на полчаса в теплое место, а затем, хорошо посыпав поверхность стола мукой, раскатайте его до толщины бумаги. Смажьте поверхность растительным маслом, осторожно и равномерно разложите по поверхности начинку (нарезанные кубиками яблоки, или целую вишню, смешанные с остальными ингредиентами) и начинайте сворачивать с одного края рулет. Готовый рулет осторожно уложите на смазанную маслом форму и запекайте до готовности в разогретой духовке до 180гр. Испеченный штрудель разрежьте на порционные куски.
Вишневый соус: сок, который остался от размороженной вишни доведите до кипения с растворенными в нем крахмалом, сахаром и ванилью
